Oden Framing Services is growing — and we're proud to introduce the newest member of our team: Henry Giovanni, joining us as Superintendent. Henry is a San Antonio native with more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the framing and construction industry. His background is rooted in multifamily construction, where he's built a reputation for running tight, efficient job sites and delivering quality work at scale. Henry's depth of multifamily framing experience is exactly what Oden Framing Services is built around. From garden-style apartments to mid-rise Type V-A structures, he understands the sequencing, coordination, and field leadership required to keep complex projects moving — on schedule and on budget. As Superintendent, Henry will be on the ground managing day-to-day framing operations, coordinating with general contractors, and making sure every project we take on reflects the standard of quality our clients expect. This hire reflects where Oden Framing Services is headed. With active projects across Texas and a pipeline that continues to grow, we're investing in the people and leadership needed to deliver at the highest level. Henry is a key part of that.
