We started OFS to make framing predictable—by showing our work, sharing assumptions, and inviting partners into the process. Today we deliver multifamily and single-family (BTR/BTS) projects across Texas, with thoughtful expansion underway. Our promise is straightforward: clear commitments, honest reporting, and workmanship that stands on its own.

Independent reviews at key milestones add another layer of confidence.
